It’s common to make goals for the new year, but it’s not as common to keep them. According to Forbes, just 8 percent of people actually achieve their new years resolutions. To help you stick to your goals in 2015, mental health counselor, Lynne Shine, and fitness expert, Shannon Connors, joined Lauren in the Winging It Buffalo Style studio to discuss tips on staying on track in the New Year.
