La Tavola’s Pasta Di Gamberetti

Chef Chris from La Tavola Trattoria on Hertel Avenue was in the kitchen making one of the restaurant’s signature pasta dishes. With fresh shrimp, spinach and sundried tomatoes, Pasta Di Gamberetti is perfect for any seafood lover. Check out the recipe below!

2 cloves of chopped Garlic

1/2 of sliced Red onion

1/2 pound of jump shrimp

1/4 cup of chopped sundried tomatoes

1 bunch of fresh spinach

1/2 pound of angel hair pasta

About 1/2-1 cup of olive oil

Fresh basil

Fresh parsley

Parmesan cheese


-In a large saute pan, heat up 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Saute the red onion and add the chopped garlic

-In a large pot, prepare the angel hair pasta by follow instructions on the package

– Add the De-veined and cleaned jump shrimp to the sauteed onions and garlic. Cook on each side for about 2-3 minutes

– Add the spinach, sundried tomatoes and olive oil and satue.

– Then add the cooked pasta, fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese. Plate the pasta and enjoy!
