Holiday fun & New Comic Shop in the Village

Holiday fun, good food, local shopping and a new comic book store are all keeping the Village of Williamsville busy this time of year! Winging It Buffalo Style cameras took you inside the brand new 1811 Comics located on the second floor of the Old Red Mill on Spring Street. Owners of Sweet Jenny’s and Oh Pour L’amour Du Chocolat, Howard & Tara Cadmus, switched up their usual sweet concoctions and opened up the comic book store above their popular ice cream shop. From old comic books to premiere action figures, the store is a comic fan’s dream! Plus – it’s the first time people will get a chance to be on the second floor of the old mill which has been closed off for construction. 1811 Comics will be hosting a grand opening party at their location on 56 Spring Street on Saturday, December 6th at 7 pm.

The grand opening party isn’t the only thing happening in the Village this weekend. Get into the holiday spirit with “Holidays in the Village” happening all day Saturday, December 6th on Main Street in the village. Deputy Mayor of Williamsville, Chris Duquin, and Howard & Tara Cadmus joined Matt in the Winging It Buffalo Style studio to discuss some of the family fun events happening along Main Street tomorrow.
