Football season is in full swing at UB and one new factor has brought their 2014 season to a new level. Today’s cooking segments brought the Winging It crew outside to cook on board Big Blue, University at Buffalo’s very own food truck. Adam Coats, Assistant Director of UB Campus Dining, Neal Tlazio, supervisor of Big Blue, head Chef Ryan Rodenhouse and line cook Tom Acara, were on hand to discuss this brand new asset to the UB campus.
