Bourbon & Butter Kicks Off Local Restaurant Week

It’s a favorite week for Buffalo foodies, Local Restaurant Week is back! Chef Mike Andrzejewski was in the kitchen representing his newest restaurant “Bourbon and Butter”, the new Mike A’s Steakhouse in the Hotel Lafayette. He prepared a delicious short rib recipe paired with a potato gratin that will be one of the options for diners at Bourbon and Butter during restaurant week. Chef Mike’s other restaurants (Cantina Loco, Tappo, and Seabar) will also be participating in Local Restaurant Week. The week begins today and will run until October 26th.
