Buffalo Without Borders

Naima from Lucy Ethiopian was in the kitchen making Awazi Tips, an authentic Ethiopian dish. The flavorful menu was just a sneak preview of what you can expect if you’re headed to The International Institute of Buffalo’s “Buffalo Without Borders” event. Lauren checked in with Brian Brown-Cashdollar, Development Director at IIB, to learn more about the unique event.
