“Billieve” in a cure for breast cancer

New ownership and a big game against the Patriots are not the only thing the Buffalo Bills are gearing up for this week. The players and their families will come together to celebrate and support Western New Yorkers whose lives have been touched by breast cancer on Friday night.  The annual Billeve concert and living ribbon lights up Niagara Falls each year in honor of breast cancer awareness month.  As Tom Quatroche of ECMC and Danielle Jackson, wife of Bills Captain Fred Jackson, explained, this year’s event will feature a visit from the ECMC Lifeline Foundation Mobile Mammography Coach, performances by The Diva Show and The Spazmatics, and more. If you would like to register for the living ribbon and receive a pink pashmina as a commemorative gift, visit www.buffalobills.com/billieve. Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.
