Eric Copeland from Templeton Landing and David Collins from Resurgence Brewery teamed up for a perfect Oktoberfest menu in the kitchen! This was all to kick off Buffalo Beer Week which will be happening September 25th to October 5th. Templeton Landing will be hosting the kick off party on Thursday, September 25th from 6pm to 10pm. ½ Head Cabbage
1 Fennel Bulb
2 Granny Smith Apples
½ Cup Mayonnaise or Olive Oil
½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Celery Seed
Begin by thinly slicing the cabbage, fennel and apple.
Mix together the mayo, vinegar, and celery seed. Then add the chopped salad ingredients.
Mix all ingredients and add more seasoning if necessary. Enjoy!
