Serving Up Breakfast to the Queen City

It’s a great time to be a young business in Buffalo. Winging It checked in with two local businesses that are breathing new life to Buffalo’s West Side. Sam Scarcello from Public Espresso and Tori Kuper from BreadHive were on set showcasing their products and discussing some exciting future plans. The two ventures work closely together – BreadHive’s recent retail window at 123 Baynes St. serves up Public Espresso coffee alongside their homemade baked goods. Public Espresso has plans to open up shop not far away, at 368 Grant St. To learn more about BreadHive check out their website, www.breadhive.com.
