Workout Wednesday: Resistance Tubes

Jill Nola from the BAC for Women brought another fast and easy workout routine to our studios today – this time, it uses the power of resistance tubes to sculpt and tone your body.

Matt and Jill used varying levels of resistance equipment, standing on the stretchy cords to do arm lifts and partner pulls that really get your muscles burning with minimal space or time required. Almost instantly, you feel your muscles heat up as you pull up from a curl or side lift.

You can use this workout at the office on a break, keeping your tubes stored away in a drawer, or at home before you head out for the night, as a last-minute way to shed that brownie you scarfed down over lunch. Yeah, we saw you.
