Justin and Eric from Templeton Landing joined us in the kitchen for a berry yummy segment today, bursting with the flavors of savory summer fruit.
There was no shortage of strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries on set as they combined the sweetness of the fruits with some tender salmon fillets. And to top it off – they made an incredible Berry Mojito. Yeah, it was a good day!

Berry BBQ Salmon Salad
Fresh Grilled Salmon Topped with Four Berry BBQ Sauce served over Mixed Greens tossed with Fresh Raspberries, Blackberries, Blue Berries, Strawberries, and Shaved Red Onion served with Four Berry Balsamic Vinaigrette
Muddled Fresh Berries and Mint with Bacardi Superior, Bacardi 151, Agave Nectar, and Fresh Lime Juice.
