Glen Park Tavern’s “Stuffed Peppers”

We want to send a HUGE thank you to the folks at Glen Park Tavern who shared their ‘secret’ stuffed pepper recipe exclusively with Winging It! Buffalo Style.

• 30 Cleaned Hot Peppers
• 32 oz Crumbly Bleu Cheese
• 32 oz Parmesan-Ramono Blend
• 32 oz Panko Bread Crumbs
• 10 oz Fresh/Dried Parsley
• 10 oz Granulated Garlic
• 4 oz Dried Oregano
• 6 oz Dried Basil
• ½ Gallon Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( or more)
• Can Be cut in half for smaller batch

1). Clean Hot Peppers
2). Mix Panko Bread Crumbs with Spices & Cheese
3). Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil until Moist
4). Stuff Peppers with Stuffing
5). Place Peppers on baking tray with a Drizzle of Olive Oil
6). Cook in 350 Degree Preheated Oven for 15 Minutes
7). Add Asiago Cheese on top, and Melt for 3 Minutes
8). Plate and Serve with Italian Bread & Butter
