Work it out: Floor Routine

Jill Nola from the BAC for Women joined Matt in the studio today for a great at-home workout that requires absolutely no equipment.

This floor-based workout relies solely on the weight of your own body to work out your muscles. Try these simple ideas in your bedroom after you wake up, in your living room when you get home from work or outside in your yard on a sunny afternoon.

And a quick tip – do all of these moves with your muscles tightened, as it helps define them more than if they aren’t engaged!
