Chef Matty and Chef Gregg from the Mattie’s On-Site Food Cart brought the very best of southern cooking to the kitchen!
They whipped up one of their special delicacies – alligator on a stick! And to answer your question, yes, it’s really alligator. The sausage they use is 85% alligator and 15% pork, so it’s definitely got some familiar tastes. To accompany the delicious gator, they made a zesty jambalaya and a sweet potato pie for dessert.
As always, you can get all of this at their food cart during Food Truck Tuesdays at Larkin Square from 5-8PM.
