Marco’s Pasta Bolognese

One of the most familiar faces on the Buffalo food scene, Chef Marco Scortino, brought the Italian INTO the kitchen, literally, for today’s show and helped send us into the Italian Festival weekend.

Today, Chef Marco made a delicious pasta bolognese, full of the hearty Italian goodness we’ve come to expect from his recipes. Marco will be making this exact dish at the Italian Festival all this weekend, so be sure to stop by his station to try it out for yourself.
