The Wild Renn Fest at Hawk Center brings together the nostalgia of the Middle Ages with the excitement of exotic animals. The fest allows visitors to explore the medieval times, and experience live jousting, food, art, music and even get up close to some pretty unusual creatures.
Celebrity animal expert Jarod Miller joined Tanya Lowe from Hawk Creek on set today for a look at what type of animals guests can expect to encounter at this year’s festival. They introduced us to a young Geoffroy’s Cat and an armored-up armadillo – definitely not your average house pets!
The Wild Renn Fest continues this weekend July 19 and 20 – head over to www.HawkCreek.org for more information on all the festivities.
