•Nann Flat Bread Pizza
•Roasted Red Tomatoes, drained
•Parmesan cream sauce
•Fresh Mozzarella, thinly sliced
•Italian Blend Shredded Cheese
•Cooked, crumbled Italian Sausage
1). Preheat grill on MED 10 min or set pizza stone in cold oven; heat 15 min at 450 degrees. Clean grill; coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil. Top each naan with 1/3 cup tomatoes and half the mozzarella slices. Drizzle each with 1 tsp oil
2). Grill, lid closed, 2-5 min, until cheese melts and crust begins to brown at edges.
3). Transfer to serving plate; top with shredded basil.
4). If cooking in oven: Transfer pizzas carefully to preheated stone (use oven mitts–stone is extremely hot). Bake 5-7 min, until edges and bottom start to brown. Remove from oven; top with shredded basil. Transfer to serving plate.
