TOPS & The Taste of Buffalo

The Taste of Buffalo presented by Tops is the nation’s largest two-day food festival, attracting more than 450,000 people to downtown Buffalo. Festival hours are Saturday, July 12 from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Sunday, July 13 from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. For more information, visit www.tasteofbuffalo.com.

INGREDIENTS
•TOPS Freshly Prepared Pub Burgers
•TOPS Italian Sausage
•Costanzo’s Roll
•Peppers & Onions

DIRECTIONS
1). Preheat grill to 400 degrees
2). Place Pub Burger/Italian Sausage on Grill
3). Grill for 8 minutes then turn over
4). Grill for an additional 7 minutes
5). Meat is done when the internal temperature is 160 degrees
6). Garnish with condiments/peppers & onions
