Love Yoga? Just Add Water

The Winging It team checked out a new workout that is making waves here in Western New York. The crew headed out to try SUP Yoga (Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga) with instructors from Buffalo Paddleboard Co. It was all a balancing act as the team hit the water for some fun in the sun at Beaver Island State Park. SUP Yoga instructor, Marie Phillips, explained this unique workout and guided the group through a calming meditation on the water.
