Fat Bob’s Smokehouse

Chef Mark and Patrick Ryan joined Lauren in the kitchen today for a preview of what Fat Bob’s is making for the 6th Annual BBQ & Blue’s Bash.

Chef Mark put a new spin on a traditional dish by making a “creole smoked meatloaf” and turning it into a pretty nifty second helpings.
