Falyn from the FallyMac Food Truck pulled up to the station this morning to whip up a southern dish that many WNY-ers might never have tried: shrimp and grits!
Grits are an outmeal, corn-like food that can be found at your local grocery store. Falyn says northerners aren’t traditionally exposed to such a recipe but she’s giving the southern-recipe a try during Food Truck Tuesdays at Larkinville.
