It’s been a tradition for thousands of runners across the country for years now, and today we got a closer look at the 2014 JP Morgan Corporate Challenge.
The race brings together co-workers on corporate teams that race against one another on a 3.5 mile course through Delaware Park, June 19 here in Buffalo.
We welcomed Moog, Inc.’s team captain, Don Sellon, and Fred Vosburgh from JP Morgan, to tell us a little bit more about race day and to also share some old pictures from previous years for a special THROWBACK THURSDAY.
Moog has been competing since 1981 and their runners have dominated the race for years – this year alone, they expect to have more than 200 participants on their team! Their dominating men’s team has won the title five consecutive years from 2007 through 2011, and they hope to continue it this year.
The corporate challenge is a friendly-spirited race that kicks off at 6:45PM Thursday, June 19th in Delaware Park. CLICK HERE for more information on the 34th Annual Buffalo corporate challenge.
