Workout Wednesday: Cycling

Matt met up with Jill from the BAC for Women and discovered a great new way to keep your body toned, and your weight in check.

Cycling can burn hundreds of calories rather quickly and it’s the perfect all-body workout. From the legs to the core and even the arms as you hold on, every muscle gets some attention. Plus, your heart gets pumpin’ too – and that’s always a good thing!
