Weight Watchers: Healthy Snacks

-¼ cup egg whites
-Bag of frozen cauliflower
-Cooking spray

1). Season egg whites with garlic, pepper and salt
2). Add a bag of frozen cauliflower to the egg mixture and shake well
3). Lightly spray a pan with light cooking spray and pour mixture evenly into pan
4). Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.

-1 1/2 apples peeled and cubed
-Dolce de Leche Sugar Free Jello Pudding
-Low Fat Whipped Cream

1). Mix together in a bowl the apples, water and cinnamon
2). Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
3). Put the apple mixture in a bowl, along with the sugar free dolce de leche Jello pudding
4). Top with low-fat whipped cream
