Chef Scottie’s Crispy Chicken

Chef Scottie from Riley Street Station in East Aurora joined Winging It in the kitchen on this Memorial Day for a delicious summer meal!

Scottie’s Crispy Chicken:

4 chicken breast

6cups panko

1# spicy sausage

3cups heavy cream

Salt & pepper to taste

2lg eggs

3cups milk

2cups flour

2tbps chopped garlic

½ cup chopped onion

green onion for garnish

Directions: In large skillet, heat extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. place breaded chicken breast in skillet and brown both sides. About 5 minutes on each side. Remove chicken and set aside. In same skillet brown sausage and cook onions. Drain any fat remaining. Place chicken back in skillet and add heavy cream and reduce.
