Almond Crust Fruit Tart

: 6-8
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 15 min

-3 cups almond meal
-¼ tsp. Salt
-6 tbsp. Unsalted butter melted
-1 ½ pints blueberries
-1 pint raspberries
-¼ cup jam
-whipped cream

1). Preheat oven to 350
2). Mix together all crust ingredients until crumbly
3). Press dough into 11 inch tart pan or 9 inch pie plate
4). Use fingers to press dough firmly and evenly across the bottom and about 1 inch up the edge; Bake for 15 minutes; let cool 10 minutes
5). Spread jam on bottom of crust
6). Arrange raspberries in the center and surround with blueberries in concentric circles
7). Dollop outside edge with whipped cream
8). Refrigerate until set – 1-2 hours
