Andrew Nixon, the Executive Director of the Chautauqua County Visitor’s Bureau joined us today for a preview of what they’re calling “Chautauqua In Bloom”. It’s a perfect fit for the region, as fields of wildflowers and endless vineyards dot the countryside that are only a quick hop, skip and a jump away from Buffalo.
Come to Chautauqua County for Chautauqua in Bloom, May 24 – June 20, 2014. Take a class in Improv, Stand-up, learning to play the Conga, Drawing Lucy, Painting, Photography, and more. The four week season includes dozens of learning opportunities as well as a music festival, birding festival, artists’ studio tours, a celebration of farms, food, and drink, and the awakening of activity in anticipation of summer throughout the county.
