Sassi Cakes

INGREDIENTS
Cupcake
-2 cups flour
-1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
-1 cup water
-2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
-3/4 cup shortening
-1 1/2 cups sugar
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla

Frosting
-10 tbsp butter
-1/2 light brown sugar
-1 1/2 cups powder sugar
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tsp molasses
-3 tbsp cream or milk
-1/2 cup flour
-3/4 mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
1. Measure all the ingredients
2. Mix them all together in what ever order you like
3. Scoop about 1/4 cup into each baking cup
4. Bake on 350 degrees for about 15-20 min
5. For the frosting, measure all ingredients
6. Mix them all together in what ever order you like
7. Hand mix everything together
8. Refrigerate for 30 min or longer
9. Frost the cupcakes how every you like
