The Catholic Charities of Buffalo are dedicated to providing help of all kinds to families and individuals who have nowhere else to turn.
The WAGEES Program is a part of the Charities organization, and helps youth with job-seeking help from educational and workplace development to training and resume/interview assistance.
Tanysha Hutcherson is one success story from the WAGEES program, who utilized their services to find a job and excel at her workplace. Craig Pittinger is a case manager for the Catholic Charities and explained how beneficial their program is to struggling youth with no place else to go for help.
It’s also their annual Appeal Week – running from April 6 – April 13 where money is raised to help fund these important programs.
