Francesca’s: Boneless Spicy Pork Chops


-4 oz total Minced and roasted garlic
-Med sized onion
-1 oz. Jalapeno Peppers
-2 Hungarian banana peppers
-1 cup White wine or red (whatever you prefer )
-Chicken base
-½ cup White wine vinegar

1). Pan sear pork chops in a pan till golden brown
2). In a separate pan sauté garlic and onions and peppers until tender; add vinegar and reduce by 1/3, add chicken base and reduce the same
3). Then add white or red wine and deglaze the pan
4). Finish pork chops in sauce
5). Serve with sides of choice
