1/4 cup fresh dill (chopped)
4 chicken breast
1 cup mayo
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups crasins/grapes

1). Roast chicken in oven at 350 until internal temp reaches 165 degrees
2). Place on rack to cool, chop fresh dill and set aside
3). Dice chicken into small pieces and place in bowl
4). Add mayo, lemon juice, dill, crasins, salt, pepper, and mix together until well blended
5). Refrigerate until chilled and serve on your favorite bread or salad
