Black Market Food Truck’s “Miso Chile Gnocchi”

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients
-1 cup baked potato
-1 cup flour
-1 egg
-1 stick butter
-1 table spoon sriracha
-1 table spoon white miso
-Salt/pepper
-1 teaspoon brown sugar
-1/2 cup chopped white onion
-1/2 cup cooked chopped bacon
-1/4 cup crushed cashew

Directions
1). Mix together potato, flour, egg, salt and pepper (to taste)
2). Refrigerate dough for 20 minutes, then roll out and cut into small pieces
3). Submerge gnocchi in boiling water until they float (no more than 5 minutes)
4). While gnocchi is boiling, blend butter, sriracha, white miso and brown sugar together
5). Add butter to a hot sauté pan, add onions, bacon, and gnocchi; sauté until potato gets slightly crisp on the outside
6). Toss with Arugula and top with cashews.
7). HELPFUL TIP: Raw, unbound gnocchi can be made and frozen to use at a later date!
