Slingin’ Pies With “Just Pizza”

Prep Time: 2 hours (to let dough rise)
Cook Time: 12-15 minutes
Serves: Two (2) 16″ pizzas or Three (3) 12″ pizzas

Ingredients
“Just Pizza” Pizza Dough Pre-Mix
Sorrento Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
Margherita Pepperoni
Original Pizza Sauce
Original Chicken Wing Sauce

*For Best Results, Mix Entire Package At One Time*

1). Empty contents of pre-mixed dough package into large mixing bowl
2). Add 2 cups of warm water
3). Knead together for 4 minutes
4). Let dough stand for 5 minutes; then knead for another 4 minutes
5). Cover with plastic wrap and let rise at room temperature (approx. 70 degrees) for 2 hours or refrigerate & use within 24 hours
6). Spread dough on baking sheet
7). Cover with pizza sauce of your choice & sprinkle on Sorrento cheese to liking; add pepperoni if desired
8). Bake in pre-heated oven at 495 degrees
